Shiba Sherbert Recipe

* 1 large container of low-fat, plain, organic yogurt
* 1 cup organic blueberries
* 1 mashed banana
* 2 tbsp of organic peanut butter

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together, blend if you have the means. Place the mixture in ice cube trays, serve frozen and enjoy!
